- Base Ingredients:
- 4 whole wheat English muffins split in half
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce tomato, pesto, alfredo, or BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Pinch of salt & black pepper
