Cut & Soak the Potatoes
Cut potatoes into thin, even fries (about 1/4-inch thick).
Soak in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
Dry & Toss with Oil
Drain and pat the fries completely dry.
Toss fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Bake or Air-Fry the Fries
Oven Method: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread fries on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway.
Air Fryer Method: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook fries in small batches for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat.
Add minced garlic, garlic powder, and garlic juice strain. Sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
Toss Fries in Garlic Butter
Remove fries from the oven or air fryer.
Toss immediately in the warm garlic butter mixture.
Add the Finishing Touches
Sprinkle with grated parmesan.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
