- Cut & Soak the Potatoes
- Cut potatoes into thin, even fries (about 1/4-inch thick).
- Soak in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Dry & Toss with Oil
- Drain and pat the fries completely dry.
- Toss fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Bake or Air-Fry the Fries
- Oven Method: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread fries on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Air Fryer Method: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook fries in small batches for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add minced garlic, garlic powder, and garlic juice strain. Sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
- Toss Fries in Garlic Butter
- Remove fries from the oven or air fryer.
- Toss immediately in the warm garlic butter mixture.
- Add the Finishing Touches
- Sprinkle with grated parmesan.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve Hot & Enjoy!
- Pair with chili garlic sauce or your favorite dip.
Notes
Store cooled fries in an airtight container lined with a paper towel for up to 3 days.
Oven Reheating: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5-7 minutes.
Air Fryer Reheating: Air-fry at 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Stovetop Reheating: Toast in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes.
