- Slice each chicken breast in half lengthwise to create four thinner cutlets.
- Pound them lightly to 1/2-inch thickness.
- 2️⃣ Bread the Chicken
- Set up three bowls:
- Mix flour, salt, and pepper.
- Whisk together eggs and milk.
- Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Dredge each cutlet in flour, then egg mixture, then breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere.
- 3️⃣ Fry to Golden Perfection
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry each cutlet for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
- 4️⃣ Make the Sauce
- Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add marinara sauce, basil, and red pepper flakes.

- 5️⃣ Assemble & Bake
